Ambassador Øystein Bø is Norway’s Permanent Representative to the North Atlantic Council since 2018. He has previously been State Secretary (Deputy Defence Minister) in the Norwegian Ministry of Defence (2013 to 2017), and has held different positions in the Norwegian Foreign Service since 1990.
